Qualifications

  • Formal Engineering Qualification - C&G Level 3, NVQ Level 3, Apprenticeship trained.
  • Continuous improvement knowledge.
  • Strong knowledge of good engineering standards.
  • Experience in food, packaging, drink, manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Planned Maintenance inspections and review parts usage.
  • Recommend improvements and carry out safety checks on equipment.
  • Monitor plant conditions, report defects, and repair machinery.
  • Generate and maintain compliance to SOPs and risk assessments.
  • Report on plant performance and ensure actions on non-conformance issues.
  • Support production and continuous improvement projects.

Skills

Continuous improvement knowledge
Strong knowledge of good engineering standards

Education

C&G Level 3 or NVQ Level 3 or Apprenticeship trained
