ParalympicsGB Non-Executive Director

ParalympicsGB's vision is: Through Sport, inspire a better world for disabled people.

We pursue world‑leading performance at the Paralympic Games and leverage that to drive social impact and inspire a better world for disabled people. Our Non‑Executive Directors are committed to creating the best performance environment possible while also being committed to improving the lives of disabled people and promoting inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility for all.

We're seeking a Non‑Executive Director with the right experience to support us in our revenue‑generating activities through the LA 2028 Paralympic Games Cycle. Our chief source of revenue is sponsorship: commercial partnerships with well‑known consumer‑facing brands. This work involves delivering existing partnerships, renewing them where possible, and developing new partnerships.

We also have developing expertise in generating revenue through philanthropic giving and giving from trusts and foundations and want to grow this further for LA2028 and beyond.

This voluntary role would bring a leadership perspective to the work of the Board in these areas and provide guidance and support to the relevant teams at ParalympicsGB.

It would strongly suit someone with experience of being a senior commercial leader in marketing, sponsorship or advertising. Experience of philanthropic giving and trusts and foundations, meanwhile, is desirable but not essential.
