Responsibilities

  • Cleaning the kitchen to ensure it is ready for the next day.
  • Maintaining food storage areas, including fridges and freezers.
  • Receiving deliveries and organising stock correctly.
  • Washing dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
  • Loading and unloading the dishwasher.
  • Removing kitchen waste and disposing of it safely.
  • Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment such as cookers and food mixers.
  • Supporting chefs with basic food preparation.
  • Assisting the kitchen team as required during service.

We are looking for a Casual Kitchen Assistant / Kitchen Porter to join our hardworking and friendly kitchen team.
