Responsibilities
- Lead the design and verification of scaffolding and structural support systems.
- Produce engineering drawings, calculations, and documentation.
- Mentor junior engineers and design technicians.
- Collaborate with project teams to deliver effective solutions.

Identify process improvements and contribute to business development initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or related field.
Chartered or near-chartered status preferred (ICE, IStructE, or equivalent).
Experience in scaffolding, temporary works, or structural design.
Strong knowledge of TG20, BS5975, Eurocodes, and CDM regulations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, or scaffold-specific modelling tools.
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Confident in conducting site visits and liaising with project teams.
