Responsibilities include managing daily workloads for operatives, monitoring performance, and addressing resident inquiries. This is a temporary position offering £16 per hour until the end of January.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule repair and maintenance tasks for operatives and contractors.
• Allocate resources, including personnel and materials, to maximize productivity.
• Diagnose problems, create accurate work orders, and ensure jobs are completed.
• Ensure contractors provide a high-quality service and manage their performance.
• Handle queries and provide updates to colleagues and residents.
• Monitor work in progress and report on repairs and maintenance activities.
• Contribute to developing and improving processes for service delivery.
