Job summary
A high-growth organisation based in London is seeking a Spanish Speaking Associate Director for their Loan Agency team. The role involves managing a portfolio of commercial real estate loans in a hybrid work setting, demanding strong Excel skills and expertise in loan documentation and securitised products. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with legal teams, borrowers, and lenders, ensuring all financial and operational checkpoints are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience in loan agency within European commercial real estate finance.
- Proven track record of managing investment portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of syndicated and bilateral commercial real estate loans.
- Work closely with Legal reviewing finance documents.
- Create financial models and manage reporting requirements.
- Ensure timely provision of reporting and information needed.
- Coordinate with lenders and borrowers during transactions.
