Future Opening: Bilingual Training Coordinator

Location: Midlothian, VA (Full Time)

Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Administer paperwork for new hires and communicate with them throughout the onboarding process.
  • Onboard and train new hires following SERVPRO® standard procedures.
  • Assign assets to new hires and track them in the HRIS system.
  • Conduct training according to SERVPRO® standard processes.
  • Co‑ordinate on‑site training for employees.
  • Renew all employee training on a consistent basis.
  • Perform technology setup, protection, and tracking.
  • Facilitate continuing education training and classes.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year of business experience, preferably in training/onboarding.
  • Spanish bilingual (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of current business software technologies.
  • Superb customer service, administrative, and verbal & written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
  • Driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
