Job summary
A leading automotive service provider in Margate seeks a motivated individual to develop and secure service contracts with local businesses. The role includes managing social media presence to build a client base, alongside visiting potential clients. Ideal candidates should display professionalism and possess strong social media skills with some automotive experience being beneficial. This position offers an outstanding compensation package, including a base salary, commissions, and bonuses.

Responsibilities
- Develop and increase business volume by securing service contracts with local businesses and fleets.
- Manage social media to build and maintain an individual client base.
- Visit potential local companies to secure fleet service contracts.
Skills
At Midas we are dedicated to providing quality services to customer vehicles in the areas of inspection, diagnosis and repair utilizing the expertise attained through ASE Certifications and/or years of automotive repair experience.
We are independently minded within a franchise operation. We recently acquired a large shop and completed renovations with the latest equipment and technology, including a 15,000 lb. lift to accommodate truck business and the ability to service foreign motor vehicles. We offer dealership-style services without dealership costs.
- Develop and increase business volume by securing service contracts with local businesses and fleets.
- Spend approximately 50% of time on social media (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) to build and maintain an individual client base.
- Spend approximately 50% of time visiting potential local companies to secure fleet service contracts.
- Some automotive service experience is preferred, but dedication, professionalism and strong computer and social media skills are more important.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus but not mandatory.
