Structured Securities & Repackaging Desk

Responsibilities

• Define and implement issuers and operational platforms to enable the origination and issuance of structured debt for a wide range of clients and geographies.
• Lead, coordinate and perform all tasks necessary for development, from establishment of the adequate vehicle to the issuance process (programs and securities), including post‑sales operational and transactional issues, focusing on platforms and solutions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain structured note issuance programs, including repackaging and securitization platforms.
• Manage program updates, enhancements, and regulatory approvals, including ratings and listings with external agencies and stock exchanges.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Legal, Tax, Accounting, Risk, Operations) and external agents to ensure seamless execution and compliance.
• Oversee the full issuance process—from transaction feasibility analysis to documentation, regulatory filing, execution, and post‑issuance management.
• Liaise with regulators, listing authorities, and rating agencies to secure necessary approvals and certifications.
• Lead the analysis and design of issuer structures, contributing to assessment of legal, tax, jurisdictional, and operational viability.
• Appoint, negotiate, and supervise external service providers (administrators, auditors, trustees, legal and tax advisors), ensuring performance and cost efficiency.
• Lead development and maintenance of operational tools and digital platforms for structured securities issuance and lifecycle management.
• Define and maintain internal procedures and workflows related to structured securities issuance, governance, and reporting.
• Ensure accurate data management and reporting across systems for accounting, risk, client, and control purposes.
• Participate in internal and external working groups to adapt processes and documentation to evolving regulations.

Qualifications

Academic Degree

• Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, etc. Master’s degree is valuable.

Previous Experience

• 5 years of experience in the issuance of securities (bonds, notes, warrants, certificates, others).
• Experience in the establishment of issuance programmes: securitizations, structured products, others.
• Understanding of derivatives confirmations and/or ISDA negotiation.
• Experience in project management, workflow establishment and database development.
