This role involves working within their central team to assist in developing their standard product, including both planning and technical design, with an emphasis on planning.
Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and maintaining the company's preferred English housing portfolio and standard details.
- Liaising with and supporting other departments by providing technical information and resolving technical issues related to regulations and the product.
- Visiting sites to assess products and identify improvements.
- Collaborating with the sustainability team to provide information on measures that may reduce the company's carbon footprint through design.
- Staying updated on future changes in Building Regulations that may impact the company or its products by proactively researching relevant information to meet internal and external customer needs.
Our client is seeking someone with experience using AutoCAD, who is hardworking and attentive to detail.
