Ideal candidates will have completed Part I and II, be proficient in AutoCAD, and possess strong design and communication skills.

Role – Part 2 Architect
Location – London
Salary – £28 - £32K
Our client, a busy design studio with offices in London is looking for a Part 2 Architect to join their growing team. The role offers the chance to be involved across all RIBA stages, from early concept through to technical design and delivery. They work across a variety of sectors including residential, commercial, mixed-use and community projects. The team delivers schemes from early design through to technical stages and construction, with an emphasis on practical, well-considered design and sustainable outcomes. They offer a supportive and sociable environment, with modern studios and good resources for developing both design and technical skills.
- Developing designs and preparing drawings for planning and construction
- Producing 3D visuals and supporting BIM workflows
- Attending site visits and assisting with coordination
- Liaising with consultants, contractors, and local authorities
- Supporting project management while contributing design ideas in reviews
- Helping guide more junior colleagues where needed
- Completed Part I and Part II
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, with Revit being a bonus
- Strong design, presentation and communication skills
- Good knowledge of UK planning policy and building regulations
- A collaborative and proactive approach
