Fantastic new opportunity for an experienced commercial property lawyer to join a highly regarded Wilshire practice.

This role can be based in either their Chippenham or Salisbury office and offers a competitive salary together with an attractive benefits package.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of independently managing their own mixed commercial property caseload including all aspects of real estate acquisitions, portfolio management, commercial landlord and tenant work and developments and disposal transactions.

The successful commercial property lawyer will demonstrate strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.
