What you’ll do
- Manage a caseload of residential property files: freehold, leasehold, new build and standard sale/purchase transactions
- Work with a junior conveyancer to ensure continuity and excellent client service
- Focus on legal work while onboarding, AML, SDLT and completions are managed by support teams
- Take part in ongoing CPD, training and mentoring opportunities
