A housing association in Norfolk is looking for a Management Accountant to join their Finance team. The successful candidate will provide financial support, contribute to monthly reporting, and work closely with various stakeholders. This permanent full-time role offers a collaborative environment where you will help drive efficiencies and improve financial processes. We have an exciting opportunity for a Management Accountant to join our Finance team, supporting the Financial Controller in delivering high quality financial support and expertise to the business.
As part of a small, collaborative team of Management Accountants the successful candidate will have exposure to a wide variety of responsibilities and projects. This role offers the chance to develop and use skills across multiple areas including monthly reporting, forecasting, business planning, financial analysis, treasury management and statutory reporting.
Business partnering is an important element of the role, supporting senior leaders with financial decision‑making and planning while working to increase financial awareness and acumen across the operational teams. Alongside day‑to‑day responsibilities, the team plays an active part in driving efficiencies and improving financial processes, contributing to the continuous enhancement of systems and workflows.

We are a housing association based in Norfolk providing quality homes and services to people across the county and in Suffolk.
We manage over 6,000 homes including affordable homes for those in housing need who cannot afford to rent or buy in the open market.
We offer specialist homes for older and vulnerable adults and are committed to providing new homes to help solve the housing crisis.
