Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Site Agent on a freelance basis for a major project in Hampshire. The successful candidate will manage the delivery of schemes from inception to handover, ensuring compliance with budget and technical specifications. Candidates should possess a relevant engineering qualification and experience in drainage, earthworks, and geotechnical surveying. Competitive salary offered: £400 - £475 CIS.
Qualifications
- Must have experience with drainage, earthworks, and geotechnical surveying.
- Hold an SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and CSCS Managers card.
Responsibilities
- Deliver schemes from inception to handover.
- Manage day-to-day operations on site.
- Ensure projects meet budget and technical specifications.
- Report on programme and progress to Project Manager.

Education
Abatec is seeking a Site Agent on a freelance basis. Our client, delivering a major project in Hampshire, is recruiting for a Site Agent to join them on a technically complex scheme.
- Be responsible for delivering schemes inception to handover.
- Contribute to the day-to-day operations on site, including labour/plant/materials allocation, temporary works, health and safety.
- Ensure that projects are completed within budget, within programme deadlines and to our clients' technical specifications.
- Liaise regularly with the Project Manager, providing programme and progress reports.
- ONC/HNC/Degree or in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience working with drainage, earthworks and geotechnical surveying.
- SMSTS, First Aid at Work and CSCS Managers card
Salary: £400 - £475 CIS
