A leading food manufacturing company in Manchester seeks a Senior Engineer to support the Engineering Manager on the shop floor. You'll lead a team and require at least 2 years of experience in the Food/FMCG sector, along with a Level 3 qualification in Electrical or Mechanical. The position offers a guaranteed salary of £62k in the first year, along with bonuses, strong pension benefits, and a healthcare package.

- Experienced within a Food / FMCG environment - 2+ years, within a team lead / senior engineer or supervisor position
- L3 equivalent within Electrical or Mechanical
- If you have PLC / SCADA experience, this is a bonus
- Operate on the shop floor as the engineering lead, supporting the Engineering Manager
- £62k first year guaranteed
- Bonus which has paid out over the last 5 years
