A leading recruitment firm is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician for a shift-based position in Inverness, Scotland. This role involves working in a manufacturing maintenance environment, responsible for the safe use of electrical equipment and performing preventative and reactive maintenance. Inverness, Scotland

Dayshift/Nightshift position

Role and Responsibilities

The position is to work in a manufacturing maintenance environment, working on a shift pattern on 7.45am to 7.45pm (day shift) and 7.45pm to 7.45am (nightshift).

  • Full time permanent site based role working shifts including days/nights/weekend work. Working in an industrial maintenance environment
  • Responsible for the safe and efficient utilisation of all electrical equipment throughout the factory
  • Preventative and reactive maintenance
Requirements
  • An Electrical Engineering qualification (City and Guilds, HND etc.)
  • Working knowledge of PLC faultfinding
  • UK driving licence and willing to work shifts
