Overview

Maintenance Engineer / Shift Technician / Multi Skilled Engineer £55k + Full Benefits, Lincoln

What you'll be doing

• Working as a Maintenance Engineer / Shift Technician / Multi Skilled Engineer across a 4 on 4 off Shifts - Days and Nights (12 hour) 06.30 - 18:30 and 18.30 - 06.30 (blocks of 4)
• Providing expert-level Electrical, Mechanical and Control Systems support across all production lines
• Conducting preventative maintenance, fault-finding and breakdown response to minimise downtime
• Supporting RCA processes and reliability improvement actions
• Coaching Manufacturing Technicians to build operational fault-finding skills
• Supporting site CI and capital projects from an engineering perspective
• Managing contractor activity and issuing Permits to Work
• Working closely with PLCs (Siemens/Allen Bradley), SCADA, and industrial control systems

Salary & Benefits

£50-55k salary, pension, PPE and great benefits including enhanced pension
