Overview

Role

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for LOLER inspections, Planned Preventative Maintenance and Repairs on Moving and Handling equipment within Nursing and Care environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform LOLER inspections, Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and repairs on moving and handling equipment (e.g., mobile hoists, ceiling track hoists, bathing systems, profiling beds, wheelchairs).
• Conduct PUWER service and repairs.
• Weight testing equipment with 20 kg sandbag weights.
• Accurately complete time sheets, detailed job reports, record travel time, tag and label equipment, and maintain meticulous documentation.
• Cover assigned postcodes UB/HA/SL/TW/KT/EN/NW/N/E/W/WC/EC/SE/SW with area split across two roles as needed.
