What you will be doing:

• Assess and process mechanical breakdown claims in line with policy terms.
• Deliver exceptional service to customers, dealerships, and repair partners.
• Communicate effectively with repairers and main dealer workshops.
• Ensure accurate and timely claim validation.
• Maintain complete and consistent claim records using internal systems.
• Support continuous improvement of claims processes and team collaboration.

What you'll be doing:

• Solid understanding of motor vehicles (training provided for non-technical profiles).
• Strong administrative and IT skills (MS Office proficiency essential).
• Excellent communication and empathy when dealing with customers.
• A team-first attitude with a proactive and positive mindset.
• Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and stay accountable.
• Provide knowledge of UK automotive warranty products.
