• Your role will be varied, combining marketing execution with operational and administrative support.
• Manage social media content, support website updates, and assist in planning campaigns for direct-to-consumer brands.
• Provide day-to-day support to the Managing Director, from scheduling meetings, organising files, assisting with client communications, preparing presentations, and helping to coordinate projects.
• Learn how to use tools like Shopify, Canva, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM systems, working closely with the team and clients to make sure campaigns run smoothly.

• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Confidence with basic digital tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, or similar).
• Interest in social media, eCommerce, and online marketing.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with or willingness to learn platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Business suite or WordPress.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling, analytics and ad management.
• Experience supporting senior leaders or managing small office operations.
• Knowledge of customer service, order fulfilment or retail operations is a plus.
• Interest in social media, eCommerce, and online marketing.
