Sales Specialist (BC Quick ERP Solution) – Remote with unlimited paid holiday!

Role Overview
We're looking for a driven and personable Sales Specialist to sell our BC Quick ERP Solution. This client‑facing role blends sales with account management, ideal for someone with a background in business or finance who can engage senior stakeholders such as Finance Directors and CFOs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the sales process for new clients, from initial contact through to signed agreement.
- Engage prospects to understand their business pain points, goals, and reasons for seeking a new ERP system.
- Educate and consult potential clients on the benefits of BC Quick and our fixed‑price, fixed‑scope implementation model.
- Build strong relationships with key decision‑makers, especially within finance departments.
- Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, maintaining momentum and clear communication throughout the sales cycle.
- Coordinate internally with implementation and support teams to ensure smooth handovers and excellent customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions using CRM tools.
Qualifications & Skills
- Business or finance background (degree or equivalent experience).
- Previous sales experience, ideally selling Microsoft Dynamics BC or other ERP solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to build rapport quickly and explain complex concepts clearly.
- Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
- Consultative mindset focused on understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
