Sales Specialist (BC Quick ERP Solution) – Remote with unlimited paid holiday!

Infinity Group is a Microsoft Cloud solution partner based in the UK. We provide IT support, digital transformation, and Dynamics 365 consultancy services.

Role Overview

We're looking for a driven and personable Sales Specialist to sell our BC Quick ERP Solution. This client‑facing role blends sales with account management, ideal for someone with a background in business or finance who can engage senior stakeholders such as Finance Directors and CFOs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the sales process for new clients, from initial contact through to signed agreement.
  • Engage prospects to understand their business pain points, goals, and reasons for seeking a new ERP system.
  • Educate and consult potential clients on the benefits of BC Quick and our fixed‑price, fixed‑scope implementation model.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision‑makers, especially within finance departments.
  • Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, maintaining momentum and clear communication throughout the sales cycle.
  • Coordinate internally with implementation and support teams to ensure smooth handovers and excellent customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions using CRM tools.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Business or finance background (degree or equivalent experience).
  • Previous sales experience, ideally selling Microsoft Dynamics BC or other ERP solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to build rapport quickly and explain complex concepts clearly.
