Qualificações
- Degree in Engineering; postgraduate qualification in Project Management or Business Administration is a plus.
- Experience in HVAC or related industries with a proven track record.

They are creating a new role for a Commercial Director to be a key part of the shareholders' strategic plan to professionalise and grow the business and management team.
- Oversee and coordinate proposals and sales functions.
- Work closely with the Sales Director to manage key customers, aiming to improve turnover and profitability.
- Secure new orders for trading divisions in collaboration with the Sales Director and shareholders.
- Develop and implement the commercial strategy, including proposals, sales, and projects.
- Manage sales output to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets.
- Lead the business through project challenges and disputes.
- Manage change within projects to benefit the business.
- Oversee Project Management and Project Engineering resources and functions.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with positive cash flow.
- Collaborate with the Financial Controller to ensure compliance with financial and contractual obligations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to communicate customer requirements effectively.
- Degree in an Engineering discipline; postgraduate qualification in Project Management or Business Administration is a plus.
- Experience in HVAC or related industries.
- Proven track record and skills at a similar level.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Effective and confident communicator.
- Results-driven with sound business judgment.
- Commercially savvy with excellent negotiating and influencing skills.
- Willingness to travel to oversee locations, customers, and suppliers.
