A charitable organization in Enniskillen is seeking a Sales Assistant to support store operations. Responsibilities include enhancing customer experience, achieving sales targets, and maintaining store standards. Ideal candidates should have customer service experience and the ability to work within a team. This position offers flexible hours, depending on availability.
THE EMPLOYER IS: OXFAM IRELAND ENNISKILLEN. Working under the direction of the Shop Manager, the Sales Assistant will have the opportunity to learn key skills within the retail environment. Over time, you will assist with the effective running of the store, by carrying out assigned daily tasks, including sales, merchandising, window displays and the daily maintenance of the store ensuring the highest standards of housekeeping and customer service.

Flexible/Reduced Hours: may be available upon approval by a Work Coach. Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability.
