Senior Cluster Revenue Manager, 90% Remote, £50,000 to £55,000 Base + 15% to 20% Bonus, + Excellent Benefits.
A leading international Hotel Brand headquartered in Central London offers a 90% remote working opportunity for an experienced Senior Cluster Revenue Manager to oversee a portfolio of 3 large hotels.
Responsibilities:
- Produce daily and monthly rooms forecast with 3-5% accuracy for review at local and group levels.
- Oversee detailed weekly M&E forecasts for review at local and group levels.
- Develop detailed daily budget plans for the year.
- Review hotel pricing daily in relation to competitors, demand, and other factors.
- Ensure the hotel maintains and improves RGI % change above local competitors.
- Develop, implement, and execute strategic action plans to enhance revenue performance.
- Drive incremental revenue across all streams.
- Manage rate strategies.
- Manage people and relationships.
- Manage system operations.
