Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist in Cannock. The role involves delivering the marketing plan for Europe, managing online and offline marketing activities, and optimizing website performance. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years in B2B marketing, strong digital marketing skills (SEO, PPC), and experience with CRM systems. This position is offered on a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension, and requires return to the office every couple of weeks.

Role: Senior Marketing Specialist

Location: Cannock (not fully remote, Flexibility once every two/one weeks)

Contract Length: 6-month contract potential of extension

Purpose: Deliver Client's marketing plan for Europe. Coordinate online and offline marketing activities to support customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimise website content and performance.
  • Create and distribute content for PR, social media, email, and campaigns.
  • Deliver SEO and PPC campaigns with external agencies.
  • Plan and execute social media engagement.
  • Project manage multi-channel marketing campaigns and events.
  • Produce marketing collateral and support CRM data segmentation and reporting.
  • Liaise with Group Marketing on internal communications and global digital initiatives.
Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 4+ years in B2B marketing.
  • Strong digital marketing expertise (SEO, PPC, social media, web management).
  • Experience managing campaigns, agencies, and CRM systems.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Microsoft Office, and marketing tools (e.g., MailChimp, Hubspot).
  • Copywriting and proofing skills.
  • Project management and organisational ability.
Desirable
  • Marketing/business degree or CIM qualification.
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience.
