Qualifications
Experience with pre- and post-contract management in UK water, environment, rail or nuclear.
Proven track record in managing major projects.
Experience with Early Contractor/Subcontractor Involvement.
Responsabilités
Manage NEC3/4 contract administration and budget control.
Collaborate with QS on payment valuations.
Prepare tender documentation and evaluate tenders.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
