We're recruiting for a leading mobile technology organisation seeking an Interim Buyer to support their hardware procurement team with a focus on memory components . This role is ideal for someone with strong purchasing and supplier coordination experience who can step in quickly and support ongoing product and supply chain activity.
Role Overview
You’ll be responsible for the procurement of memory components (e.g., NAND, DRAM, flash), ensuring continuity of supply for current projects and upcoming device builds. This is a hands‑on role to negotiate with global suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favourable terms, and consistent delivery.
About You
- Proven procurement experience within mobile, consumer electronics, semiconductors, or related technology sectors.
- Understanding of the memory supply market and component manufacturing landscape beneficial
- Skilled negotiator with excellent supplier relationship management capabilities.
- Comfortable working in a high‑speed environment with global stakeholders.
- Able to deliver impact quickly - ideal for someone who thrives in interim or FTC roles
