This is an exciting opportunity to develop technical cyber security skills within an NHS Integrated Care System setting and participate in additional national learning opportunities as part of the wider NHS Cyber Security Apprentice Community.

As a Level 4 apprentice, you will have previous experience in a technical role with ICDL/MOST certification and be highly motivated with a professional demeanor. This role requires working with cyber security teams across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, delivering high-quality technical activities, supporting the development of robust cyber security strategies, and participating in NCAN-led projects to enhance digital services and ensure the security of NHS data.

This role will be paid on Annex 21 terms and conditions for the duration of training.

We are an award-winning NHS Foundation Trust working alongside health and social care colleagues across the county to provide acute and community healthcare services to more than 420,000 people across Mansfield, Ashfield, Newark, Sherwood, and parts of Derbyshire and Lincolnshire.

Our organization prioritizes patient-centered care, ensuring every patient is treated with the same care we would want for our own family. We expect our staff to be caring, kind, and courteous to each other and to look out for one another. We believe we are a truly clinically-led organization.

Our Trust has been voted the best acute Trust to work for in the East Midlands for seven consecutive years in the National NHS Staff Survey, and the Care Quality Commission has rated our Trust as outstanding for care. Kings Mill Hospital is the only NHS hospital in the East Midlands rated as outstanding.
