Working within the Industrial Quality Solutions (IQS) department , at ZEISS , we are looking for an Aftersales Administration Support to support both our Service and Applications teams, contributing to the smooth running of our aftersales operations by managing contracts, scheduling engineers, and helping us improve the way we work. What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Processing service quotes and contracts
  • Managing case handling – from issue logging to proactive follow-up
  • Scheduling engineers for installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance
  • Handling inbound customer calls and managing department inboxes
  • Supporting internal and external customers through excellent communication
  • Organising inbound/outbound deliveries and ordering spare parts
  • Providing general administration support
  • Assisting with complaints handling and case resolution
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4 or SAP CRM
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure, with strong attention to detail
  • A team player and an excellent communicator
