We’re growing fast and looking for ambitious individuals to deliver fresh ideas and solutions for the future of tax. Join EY’s TTT Consulting team as a Data & AI Senior Manager. You’ll lead a team of data scientists and AI engineers to design and deploy machine learning and generative AI solutions that enhance tax compliance and strategy.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across EY and our clients to identify opportunities for transformation leveraging data science and AI capabilities.
• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists in the design, development, and implementation of generative AI solutions to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of production-grade Python applications for machine learning and AI.
• Drive the application of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to derive insights from large datasets.
• Guide the development of natural language processing (NLP) models to enhance user experience and automate processes.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for project management and CI/CD practices, ensuring efficient delivery of projects.
• Manage version control using Git and promote best practices in code development and collaboration.

What we look for

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage projects effectively by bridging the knowledge gap between business process stakeholders and technical development teams.
• You should have strong commercial development experience in AI/ML, with a proven track record as a hands‑on data scientist, delivering projects end to end, and experience in leading teams.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms, data science, and machine learning principles.
• Rapid prototyping of data science and machine learning solutions on large datasets.
• Building agentic workflows and autonomous agents using frameworks like Langchain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, and LangGraph.
• Developing and optimizing generative AI models, focusing on prompt engineering and LLMs.
• Writing production‑grade Python applications.
• Managing version control with Git and using Docker for containerization.
• Knowledge of Databricks.
• Experience in Agile development environment and familiar with Agile ceremonies (e.g. stand‑up, backlog refinement, sprint planning).
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments, and a thoughtful approach to AI fairness, accountability, and transparency.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Working knowledge of Azure.
• Experience in Snowflake.
• Working Knowledge of Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
• Experience transforming tax or finance processes using technology
