Are you a confident, compassionate professional with a passion for supporting young people? Teaching Personnel are seeking an exceptional Pastoral assistant to join a dedicated SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) Secondary School in Warrington. You’ll be supporting students with a range of complex SEMH needs, including anxiety, trauma backgrounds, attachment difficulties, challenging behaviour, low emotional regulation, and mental health conditions such as depression. If you thrive in a role where every day brings the chance to change a young person’s life, this is the perfect opportunity.
As Pastoral Lead, you will play a key role in the wellbeing, engagement and personal development of young people. You’ll be a visible, supportive presence around school, helping students navigate challenges, build resilience and access learning.
