An educational service provider is seeking Sport Science graduates to work as Sport Coaches in the Greater Cardiff Area. This role supports the delivery of inclusive coaching sessions for young people with additional learning needs. Responsibilities include engaging small groups and providing 1:1 support. This role combines your love and knowledge of sports with your drive to positively influence young people and to increase their engagement with school activities.
We are looking for recent/ aspiring Sport Science graduates who can deliver a motivating and enthusiastic approach to coaching young people with additional learning needs (ALN). Your ability to inspire, adapt, and create inclusive sporting opportunities will play a key role in supporting each learner's progress and wellbeing.
Our SEN School is an award-winning pioneer in the SEN sector with a main site based in Penarth and smaller campuses across the Cardiff and Barry area. The school caters to learners aged 3-19 years old with ALN, including Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC), profound, multiple learning disabilities (PMLD), and social, emotional and mental health issues (SEMH).
Our provision supports learners from primary age through to sixth form, offering a consistent and nurturing environment as they prepare for their next steps in education and adulthood. Our school is committed to helping each young person reach their full potential by fostering the development of confident, capable, and resilient individuals.
