• Monitoring the heating, lighting, and water systems to ensure they are functioning efficiently.
• Overseeing the cleaning team and assisting with grounds maintenance (litter picking, leaf clearing).
• Setting up halls for assemblies, exams, and community events.

Requirements:

• Must have previous experience in a maintenance or caretaking role within the UK.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to identify and fix problems before they escalade.
• Basic knowledge of Health & Safety legislation (e.g., COSHH, Fire Safety).
