ABOUT THE RISK DELIVERY TEAM

The Risk Delivery Team is not your typical Oliver Wyman team. For a start, we focus on implementation rather than strategy. And we have big ambitions to change the way people think about implementation consulting.

Some more detail: we’re a relatively new team – formed in 2023 in Amsterdam, Milan and London. And we do meaningful work that makes a real difference to clients. We optimize credit-risk models and processes to solve complex problems for leading banks and financial institutions. Here are some examples of the type of work we do:

Developing a new Advanced Internal Rating-Based Approach (AIRB) credit risk model for the Mortgages portfolio of a G-SIB Leading the end-to-end implementation of a new credit decisioning process Orchestrating complex regulatory programs in the area of credit risk (e.g. IFRS9)

ENTRY LEVEL RISK DELIVERY CONSULTANT OPPORTUNITY

Our team is seeking extraordinary individuals with an interest in credit risk to support our growth. We are recruiting for talented Delivery Consultants to join our team in Amsterdam, Milan, Newcastle or London.

This position offer excellent career and growth opportunities for talented, highly motivated professionals with relevant academic background and a genuine interest in modelling and project management within credit risk. Work - life balance and predictable working hours will be a priority.

YOUR ATTRIBUTES AND EXPERIENCE

Just as every client project is different, so we recognize and value the diversity of backgrounds and skillsets for successful candidates. We are seeking high-caliber individuals who want to join our growing team. Preference will be given to candidates with:

  • An undergraduate or advanced degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or Finance from a top academic program

  • Previous working experience: min 3 months of internship, 1-2 years’ experience for a Delivery Consultant role

  • Specific credit risk analytics, modelling or validation experience

  • Coding expertise in at least one of Python, SAS or R (Matlab, SQL is nice to have)

  • Fluency in English (an Italian for our position in Milan)
