Responsibilities
  • Leading and supporting the front of house team day-to-day.
  • Providing guidance and line management to catering assistants.
  • Greeting customers and delivering outstanding service.
  • Handling tills, card payments, and daily cash-up.
  • Assisting with bookings for soft play sessions and parties.
  • Preparing simple food and drinks to Costa standards.
  • Keeping public areas clean, tidy, and inviting.
  • Helping to organise children's parties and ensure everyone has fun.
  • Supporting stock ordering and ensuring products are displayed clearly.
Qualifications
  • Experience supervising staff and working in a busy environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to juggle priorities and stay calm under pressure.
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standards.
