A not-for-profit organization in Ipswich is seeking a Cleaning Technician to join their Estate Services team. The role involves regular cleaning of various facilities across Suffolk and Essex. Candidates must have experience in cleaning duties and a valid UK driving licence. The position offers 25 days of annual leave and additional employee benefits.

Based at Florian House, Ipswich – Covering Suffolk and Essex
£25,396 per year
40 hours per week – Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 16:30pm
We have an opportunity for a Cleaning Technician to join our Estate Services team, based in Ipswich. You will work in a team of 2 and be responsible for cleaning general housing schemes, care homes and home care schemes across Suffolk and Essex. Daily duties include cleaning communal areas, including stairs, lifts, toilets, and kitchens. We are looking for a team player with the ability to provide a high quality service which meets the needs of the customers.
