RCM Ltd are seeking a reliable and skilled Labourer based in and around Birmingham City Centre or surrounding areas.

The Midlands based company are looking for a skilled Labourer to join an experienced team of professionals. We are a trusted contractor specialising in roofing, property refurbishments, plastering, renovations, and HMOs across Birmingham and the surrounding areas.

With strategic leadership in place and a strong pipeline of work, they are now expanding.

The Role

As the Multi-Skilled Labourer to support ongoing property works for a roofing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Cleaning and treating areas affecting by mould
• Carrying out minor paint repairs and touch ups following remedial works
• Supporting roofing teams with general labour duties as required
• Moving between multiple properties across Birmingham City Centre, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
  
  

All necessary materials and products will be provided to the successful candidate to carry out the required work.

As The Multi-Skilled Labourer, You’ll Need

• Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Labourer, general labouring and property maintenance
• Full UK Driving License and access to a reliable vehicle
• Valid DBS certificate (or willing to obtain one)
• Asbestos Awareness Certification
• Working at Heights qualifications
• Ability to work independently, with good problem-solving skills
• Flexible and proactive approach to tasks
• Your own PPE and tools
