Job summary
A global workforce solutions provider is seeking a Project Lead for a 12-month contract in Derby. The role involves delivering key supply chain change projects, ensuring they stay on time and within budget while maintaining project management documentation. Candidates should have proven project management experience and the ability to drive meaningful change within the organization. This hybrid position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively across teams to enhance organizational operations.

The Project Lead will take responsibility for delivering key supply chain change projects, with full ownership from planning through to delivery. Working collaboratively across teams, they will help drive meaningful change that improves both how the organisation operates and what it delivers.
- Accountable for the successful delivery to cost, specification & time for defined projects / workstreams.
Establish, develop & maintain Project Management processes & documentation necessary to deliver projects (e.g., schedules, WBS, performance reports, budgets, risk registers, resource plans etc...
