A respected legal firm in Axminster is seeking a Senior Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to manage a full caseload with a supportive team. The role allows for both qualified solicitors and unqualified fee earners with significant experience. Responsibilities include advising on various residential conveyancing matters in a friendly work environment offering competitive salaried benefits.

Responsibilities
- Advise on a full residential conveyancing caseload.
- Handle sales & purchases of leasehold & freehold properties.
- Oversee lease matters, remortgaging, and shared ownership.

What will you do?
- Advise on a full residential conveyancing caseload relating to:
- Sales & purchases (of leasehold & freehold properties)
- Lease matters, remortgaging, shared & joint ownership & more
- (You won't advise on new build transactions)
- Those with any managerial experience able to guide more junior fee earners are encouraged to apply, although this is not necessary
What will you need?
- Being qualified is NOT a requirement of this role
- You will either be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 3 years residential conveyancing experienceOR
- Be an unqualified Fee Earner with at least 3 or 4 years’ experience handling your own residential conveyancing caseload
- This role can be offered at a senior level
