About the role:

• 23 days annual leave (excluding Bank Holidays)

This role will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of a retail site in conjunction with the Workshop Manager. They will be jointly responsible for the effective management of 5 retail staff.

With this business being family owned for over 40 years, the business has a positive culture with a strong focus around personal growth and internal progression.

Day to day?

• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service
• Manage Administrative Processes
• Oversee Stock Control
• Coordinate Workflow and Scheduling
• Maintain Depot Standards
• Ensure Health and Safety Compliance

About You:

• Previous experience within a fast-fit environment or automotive service department.
• IT literate across Microsoft Office
• Positive and driven professional with a passion for sales and sales management.
• A true team player and embrace company culture.
• Good communicator both written and verbally.
• Ability to analyse, design, and enhance business processes.
