Brigadiers is seeking a Floor Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be friendly, personable, and passionate about food and drink. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Floor Manager looking for a new role within an award-winning, critically acclaimed group.
Inspired by the army mess bars of India, Brigadiers offers a vibrant atmosphere where military regiments gather to eat, drink, and socialise. The restaurant accommodates 140 covers indoors and 34 on an outdoor terrace. It features live sports, pool, and card games, encouraging socialising and camaraderie. The menu focuses on Indian barbecue methods such as tandoors, charcoal grills, rotisseries, wood ovens, and smokers. The drinks menu complements the food with beers, whiskies, cocktails on tap, and large serves.
We are looking for an experienced, confident, hands-on, and proactive Floor Manager. You will work closely with the management team to lead a large front-of-house team, inspiring high standards of service and operations.
The group manages 28 brands in central London, with 7 Michelin stars, 4 Bib Gourmands, and several restaurants ranked in London's top 100. We are a diverse and dynamic collection of restaurants in Central London.
