Salary: Up to £60,000 package

The Role

As General Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of 80+ talented individuals across multiple departments, driving both operational excellence and an outstanding guest experience. You'll take ownership of the venue's full performance — from revenue generation and service standards to event delivery and team development.
