Project Manager - Commercial Rooftop Solar PV

60k Basic Salary + Bonus + Car Allowance + Benefits Package

Location - Midlands

My client is an award winning and 5 star rated renewable energy company who manage the design, development and delivery of complex commercial solar PV projects throughout the UK.

They now require a skilled Project Manager with Solar PV experience to join their team where you will oversee and be responsible for the design, development and delivery of commercial solar pv projects throughout the Midlands.

Job Role:

• You will be responsible for managing commercial rooftop and large scale Solar PV projects from initial point of sale, planning through to commissioning and handover.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Procurement of project materials and cost management.
• Risk assessments and method statements.
• Electrical certification and testing Site Delivery Management and client handover.
• DNO / Planning applications.
• Attending site surveys.
• Lease / PPA / EPC contract negotiations.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in a similar Project Management position
• Experience managing and delivering commercial Solar PV projects
• Electrical qualifications / previous experience desired
• Strong communication skills
• Based commutable to the Midlands region

Salary / Package:

• 60k Base Salary + Bonus
• 5k Car Allowance
• Pension and Benefits
