Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience at a supervisory/managerial level.
• Experience working in biogas or similar processing environment.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Assist Plant Manager in site operations and act as deputy.
• Supervise and mentor operational staff.
• Champion EHS policies and ensure compliance.
• Use SCADA systems to monitor plant operations.
• Coordinate routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Maintain accurate operational records.
