IT Business Analyst Consultant — Flexible/Remote
Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking an IT Business Analyst Consultant for a permanent, full-time role in the Leicestershire/Midlands area, with some flexibility for remote work. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience, expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, and strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills. Responsibilities include defining project scope, conducting requirements gathering, and supporting the design and implementation of new processes. - 5-6 years of experience in an IT-oriented environment, ideally in service management.
- Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in Customer Service or Field Service modules.
- Familiarity with Agile, Lean, SDLC, and Kanban methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Defining project scope and managing change.
- Conducting requirements gathering including 'As Is' and 'To Be' analysis.
- Creating and maintaining process flow diagrams.
