• 5-6 years of experience in an IT-oriented environment, ideally in service management.
• Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in Customer Service or Field Service modules.
• Familiarity with Agile, Lean, SDLC, and Kanban methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Defining project scope and managing change.
• Conducting requirements gathering including 'As Is' and 'To Be' analysis.
• Creating and maintaining process flow diagrams.
