Qualifications

• Proven experience of supporting enterprise solutions on Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Experience of 3rd Line Incident management following ITIL fundamentals.
• Experience of On Premise Traditional Windows Infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Support clients' Business as Usual requirements.
• Assist in project activities including a Data Centre Migration.
• Interact with end users for support via various tools.
