A leading construction firm in Glasgow is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead commercial activities for a £137m project. The ideal candidate has a degree in Quantity Surveying and experience managing teams and commercial delivery. Orion Group is working with a Tier 1 contractor to source a Commercial Manager, who will play a pivotal role in one of Scotland’s most exciting new commercial developments.
Initially based from our client's prestigious Glasgow‑based office or Inverness, you’ll lead commercial activities during the tender and pre‑construction phase. Upon contract award, you’ll transition to a site‑based role in 2027 where you’ll manage the commercial delivery of the project on the ground in the Highlands. The preference would be for you to be on site full time; however, flexibility is provided to work a combination of site and office to attend site regularly.
