A leading UK merchant banking group is seeking an individual to join their Property Team, focusing on client account management and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer relationship skills, time management, and a collaborative mindset. Responsibilities include conducting due diligence on loan facilities, maintaining customer records, and supporting Credit Committee preparations. Qualificações
- Proven experience in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Self-driven approach with excellent time management skills.
Responsabilidades
- Carry out thorough due diligence on newly approved loan facilities.
- Take ownership of your Line Manager’s loan portfolio.
- Keep customer account records up to date in the Lending System.
- Join internal and external meetings capturing key points.
- Support the preparation of Credit Committee papers.
